FOUNDERS.

For the past two decades Roan Goldsmith has been helping build Food and Beverage companies in the UK, Scandinavia, and South Africa. He was a member of the globally-renowned Innocent Drinks in the UK and Denmark.

Roan's Marketing Agency background includes CRM strategy for Brandhouse Beverages and pioneering new-to-world innovation for British American Tobacco. As the creator and marketing head of the Sir Fruit brand, he led the company through a remarkable decade of growth.

Nina Berolsky, a category-shaping Creative Director, joins Swim Duck Swim with an impressive track record as the co-founder and Creative Director of Cape Town based Room 13 Design which is recognised as a powerhouse in the industry.

She not only brings her wealth of experience but also an immense passion for delivering creative that captivates, inspires, and leaves a lasting impression. Nina’s design intuition is second to none and ensures the studio delivers exceptional design craft to every project.

Fred Viljoen is a renowned Visual Communication expert with an impressive portfolio that boasts collaborations with A-list clients internationally, across diverse sectors including luxury, lifestyle, fashion, food, and the arts.

He navigates complex design challenges effortlessly, firmly believing that infusing the creative process with a playful touch leads to both distinctive and captivating design that delivers on brand objectives.

Over the past 21 years, Sash Nair has sculpted brands across diverse FMCG sectors, collaborating with multinationals, incubators, and startups alike.

She's championed award-winning campaigns like the Carling Cup sports sponsorship and pioneered a revolutionary CSI Brand initiative at AB-Inbev, earning a Grand Prix at Cannes. Expert in brand revitalisation, market penetration, and sparking growth through innovation, Sash's true zeal resonates with social enterprise and sustainability.
