Swim Duck Swim is an independent strategy and brand design studio based in Cape Town. We develop brands that change how businesses are seen, understood and valued. From new ventures to established portfolios, we bring strategic judgement and creative direction to decisions that shape what comes next.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
A business can have an exceptional product, a compelling story and a clear ambition, yet look interchangeable with its competitors. We look for the qualities that give it an advantage: something in the product, the people, the experience or the perspective that others cannot convincingly claim.Then we make that difference central to the brand expression.

THE WORK
Where should the brand compete? What gives it the credibility to move upmarket? How should a portfolio grow without losing its coherence? What deserves to change, and what must be protected? We work to resolve these questions, then turn the thinking into branding that delivers the business objective. The ambition is work with character and conviction.
